So, you're wondering who is that "Nishio" guy? He's no less than the character designer and animation supervisor for Jin-Roh. If you want more information, you can read the interview with him. Anyway, he seems to have quite a sense of humor: from November 1998 to June 2000, he made a bunch of comic strips poking fun at Jin-Roh. Even though they're in Japanese and I can't read a word of it, some of them still managed to make me crack a smile -- if not a laugh -- here and there. The comic strips were published weekly (with maybe a week missed here and there) on Production IG's website. Most of the time there was one image per week but several times they were many at the same time. The original page (November 1998 to June 2000) can be found here and there's also a page with newer images here. But since it's all in Japanese I thought I'd make everyone's life easier and provide the images here, especially since long-time collaborator Lee Jong-won sent me the translations for a few of the images. So some pages will actually have the Japanese image AND the translation.
